Full professor in gynecology at the ABC School of Medicine (FMABC) (Santo André-SP) since 2011. Current president of Febrasgo (the Brazilian Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics Associations) (2016-2019). Professor at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). Chairman of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Association of the State of São Paulo (SOGESP) (2010-2011 and 2012-2013). Graduated in medicine from the School of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo (FCMSCSP) (1975). Master’s degree (1994) and PhD in medicine (obstetrics and gynecology) (1996) from FCMSCSP. Medical residency in gynecology and obstetrics at Santa Casa de São Paulo (SCSP), completed in 1979. Experienced in the area of medicine, with expertise in gynecology and obstetrics, primarily in: endocrinology, gynecology, climacterium, sexuality, contraception, menopause, osteoporosis, and human reproduction.

Dr. Corintio Mariani Neto - Financial/Administrative Director
Currently a professor and coordinator in the area of women's health at the City University of São Paulo. Chairman of the National Breastfeeding Committee and financial director of Febrasgo. Technical director of Leonor Mendes de Barros Maternity Hospital of the State Department of Health of São Paulo. State capital delegate of the Paulista Association of Medicine and the Brazilian Medical Association. Treasury director (2010-2011 and 2012-2013) and general secretary (2014-2015) of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Association of São Paulo (SOGESP). Graduated in medicine from the Paulista School of Medicine at the Federal University of São Paulo (1973); master's degree in obstetrics and gynecology from the School of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (1984) and PhD in obstetrics and gynecology from the State University of Campinas (1999). Experienced in the area of medicine, with expertise in obstetrics, primarily in: hospital management, humanized deliveries, breastfeeding, induced birth, cardiotocography, and high-risk pregnancies.

Dr. Marcos Felipe Silva de Sá - Scientific Director
Full professor at the University of São Paulo (USP) since 1990. Currently the scientific director of the Brazilian Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics Associations (Febrasgo). Editor-in-chief of the Brazilian Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Member of the editorial committee of the journal Fertility & Sterility of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. Member of the advisory committee of the Support Foundation for Teaching, Research, and Care (FAEPA) of Hospital das Clínicas de Ribeirão Preto (HCRP) of USP. Member of the Academy of Sciences of Ribeirão Preto. Ad hoc consultant for the Ministry of Health, CAPES, CNPq, and FAPESP. Supervisor in the professional master's degree program in management of health organizations. Executive director of FAEPA (1988-1992). Head of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Department of the School of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto (FMRP) of USP (1991-1993). Superintendent of HCRP-USP (1995-2003 and 2011-2015). Specialization in human reproduction from the University of Valencia, Spain (1988). Specialization in endocrinology and climacterium, conferred by the Latin American Federation of Climacterium and Menopause (FLACYM), Santiago de Chile. Researcher I of CNPq in the area of reproductive medicine, with expertise in endocrine gynecology and climacterium. Honored by the Paulista Association of Gynecology and Obstetrics (SOGESP) as Gynecologist of the Year (2015). Received an honorary doctorate from the University Center of Guaxupé (UNIFEG) (2015).

Dr. Agnaldo Lopes da Silva Filho - Vice President of the Southeast Region
Currently full professor and head of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Department of the School of Medicine of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). Researcher 2A at CNPq and master’s degree and PhD supervisor in the graduate studies programs in women’s health (at UFMG) and gynecology, obstetrics, and mastology (at UNESP). Leader of the Molecular Biology and Immunology of Gynecological Cancer Research Group. Vice president of the southeast region of Febrasgo. Provided ad hoc consulting for around 30 international journals and was associate editor of RBGO Gynecology and Obstetrics and Femina. Graduated in medicine from UFMG (1995); PhD in gynecology, obstetrics, and mastology from São Paulo State University (2004) and post-doctorate degree from the University of Porto (Portugal) (2007-2009). Medical residency in general surgery and trauma at the Hospital Foundation of the State of Minas Gerais (FHEMIG) (1996-1998) and in gynecology and obstetrics at Hospital das Clínicas of UFMG (1999-2000). Experienced in the field of medicine, with expertise in female pelvic surgery, gynecology, and gynecological endoscopy.
